These terms apply when you use cherryonclients.com. By using the website you accept them; if you don’t, please don’t use it.
Who we are
Cherry on Clients is a trading name of Key Pillar AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16172894), whose registered office is at 25 Edmund Road, Southsea, England, PO4 0LL. Our VAT number is GB 526 9731 62. You can reach us at tanim@keypillar.xyz.
Who the website is for
The website and our services are for businesses. By sending us a brief, you confirm that you are acting for a business and that you are allowed to share the information you send.
Services are agreed separately
The website describes what we offer; it is not an offer that becomes a contract when you respond to it. The fit meeting and onboarding are free and carry no obligation. Paid work starts only once the scope, responsibilities, data handling and price are agreed with you in writing, and that written agreement takes priority over anything on this website.
Prices
Prices on our pricing page are in US dollars and exclude VAT, which we add where it applies. Totals are worked out from the published volume tiers and are confirmed in your written agreement. We may change published prices, but never for work already agreed.
Results
The figures we publish describe our work to date. Every business is different: results depend on your offer, pricing, sales process, timing and market, so we do not guarantee sales or revenue.
Using the website
Please don’t misuse the website: don’t try to break or overload it, gain access to systems or data, send false or automated submissions, or copy its content in bulk. We may block access where we need to protect the website or the people who use it.
Our content
The Cherry on Clients name and logo, the website’s design, text, illustrations and animations belong to us or the people who license them to us. You may view and print pages to consider our services for your business; please ask us before using them for anything else.

Links to other websites are there for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
Our responsibility to you
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and we can’t promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Because the website is for businesses, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Your information
We handle the information you send us as our privacy notice describes. Our cookie notice explains what the website stores in your browser.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, which is the one that applies when you use the website.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
